| Code Section | 45a-250, et seq. |
| Age of Testator | 18 years or older and of sound mind |
| Number of Witnesses | Attested by two witnesses, each of them subscribing in presence of testator. |
| Nuncupative (Oral Wills) | Invalid if executed in Connecticut. |
| Holographic Wills | Executed in Connecticut is not admissible but valid if properly made outside the state according to the laws of that state. |
