Stalking Defined asIntentionally or knowingly engages in conduct directed at a specific person which causes: intimidation or serious inconvenience, annoyance, or alarm; fear of bodily injury or fear of bodily injury to immediate family member; or fear of death or fear of death of immediate family member
Punishment/ClassificationClass D crime
Penalty for Repeat Offense If 2 or more prior, Class C crime
Arrest or Restraining Order Specifically Authorized by Statute?-
Constitutionally Protected Activities Exempted?Yes
