Stalking Defined asWillful, malicious and repeated following or harassing of person or their immediate family.
Punishment/ClassificationJail maximum 1 year and/or fine maximum $1,000. If violates temporary restraining order or injunction against same person: jail maximum 1 year and/or fine maximum $1,000
Penalty for Repeat Offense If within 7 years of prior convictions against same person: felony
