| Possession | For someone under 21: 1-6 yrs. and $2000 or 1 yr. in county jail; $1000 and 6 mos. driver's license suspension (same for 2nd and 3rd offenses); For someone over 21: up to 1 yr. and up to $1000; Subsequent offense: 1-6 yrs. and $5000 |
| Sale | 1-10 yrs. and up to $10,000; 2nd offense: 2-15 yrs. and up to $15,000; 3rd offense: 5-20 yrs. and up to $20,000 |
| Trafficking | 100-2000 lbs.: 3-20 yrs. and maximum $25,000; 2000-10,000 lbs.: 2-10 yrs. and minimum $50,000; Over 10,000 lbs.: 15 yrs. to life and minimum $200,000 |
