RemediesManufacturer's option: replace with new vehicle of same model and style and of equal value unless for reasons of lack of availability such replacement is impossible, in which case it shall be replaced with vehicle of comparable market value or accept return and refund full purchase price plus reasonable collateral and incidental damages, less a reasonable allowance for consumer's use of vehicle
