Time Limit for Manufacturer RepairTerm of express warranties within a period of 3 years following date of original delivery to consumer, or during first 18,000 miles, whichever is earlier date
RemediesBuyer's option: replace with comparable new vehicle or accept return of vehicle and refund full purchase price (or in case of lease, payments made so far) including any paid financing charges, all collateral charges, and incidentals, less reasonable allowance for use
