Horse Racing/Off-Track BettingLicensed horse racing; pari-mutuel wagering; off-track betting (including simulcasting and telephonic wagering); and exotic wagering such as daily double, exacta, quinella, trifecta, pick six legal.
Dog Racing/Off-Track Betting-
Casinos Allowed?Tribal gaming legal, pursuant to Indian Gaming Regulatory Act. Gambling devices prohibited.
Other Kinds of Gambling-Related Activities Allowed or BannedLawful business transactions; playing amusement devices; conducting prize contests; participating in bingo and raffles in accordance with state statutes legal. Promoting gambling, possessing gambling records or possessing gambling devices is prohibited.
