| Gambling | Winning $5 or more by gaming or betting on sides or hands of those playing, in a public place or while trespassing in a private place. |
| Horse Racing/Off-Track Betting | Licensed horse racing and on-track pari-mutuel or certificate wagering legal. |
| Dog Racing/Off-Track Betting | Licensed dog racing and on-track parimutuel or certificate wagering legal. |
| Casinos Allowed? | Betting houses prohibited. |
| Other Kinds of Gambling-Related Activities Allowed or Banned | Book making and pool making; betting in pool halls or bowling alleys; gaming within one mile of a cattle show, military muster or public gathering; using a telephone to place or accept a bet illegal. Charitable organizations allowed to have raffles or bazaars. |
