Defenses to a Divorce FilingRecrimination not absolute bar; collusion (adultery).
Other Grounds for DivorceAdultery; cruelty or violence; willful desertion; drug/alcohol addiction; natural impotency; incurable insanity; pregnant at time of marriage; conviction of crime; prior marriage undissolved; in line of consanguinity.
