Waiting PeriodDecree entered immediately on determination of issues (for adultery, within 2 yrs., for felony conviction, before the end of sentence or 1 yr. after pardon).
'No Fault' Grounds for DivorceSeparation (5 yrs.); irreconcilable differences.
Defenses to a Divorce FilingCollusion; condonation; recrimination or limitation and lapse of time.
Other Grounds for DivorceAdultery; extreme cruelty or violence; willful neglect or desertion; habitual intemperance; insanity; conviction of felony; irreconcilable differences.
