Legitimacy of ChildrenLegitimacy not affected by dissolution
Prohibited MarriagesPrevious marriage undissolved; party mentally incompetent; between ancestor and descendant, brother and sister, uncle and niece, aunt and nephew, first cousins (does not apply to relations by affinity)
