Legitimacy of ChildrenChildren born of unlawful or void marriages are legitimate
Prohibited MarriagesAny kin closer than second cousin whole or half blood; with person mentally disabled; living spouse; underage; solemnized before one without authority unless parties believed he had authority; same sex; between more than 2 persons
