Time Limits for Obtaining Annulment-
Legitimacy of ChildrenChildren of void marriage are legitimate
Prohibited MarriagesNo man may marry his mother, grandmother, daughter, granddaughter, sister, aunt niece, stepmother, or stepdaughter, nor a woman her father, grandfather son, grandson, brother, uncle, nephew, stepfather, or stepson.
