Legitimacy of ChildrenChildren legitimate if parents subsequently marry; if acknowledged in writing by father and mother, or by adjudication of paternity by court
Prohibited MarriagesEither party has living spouse at time; parties related closer than fourth degree of consanguinity; same sex
